Institutional Building

Institution building aims at strengthening local institutions and their staff. Such projects comprise the build-up of the beneficiary, initiatives to optimise the organisational structure, operational effectiveness and human resource development and especially reforming the structures of the beneficiaries (privatisation, commercialisation, decentralisation, democratisation, demonopolisation).

RMC advises and supports governmental agencies, port authorities, private organisations and communities to achieve the following objectives:

·      Development and promotion of the private sector

·      Management training and education

·      Improvement of administrative processes for environmental protection

·      Optimisation of communication flows by adapting an effective MIS (Management Information System)

·      Security and reliability.
